1. Start with Our Order Form

Simply fill out our order form and we will get back to you as soon as possible to guide you through the process of getting your website ready. This will involve us sending you a questionnaire to determine some information about your business as well as some colours and layout options.

2. Demo Approval

We will build a demo site based on the information supplied by you. At this stage, if you are happy with the layout, the colours, and the font, we call it the skeleton of the website, and we move on to the next stage.

3. Payment

Once the first payment is received, we move forward with information that you would like on the website as well as any other changes such as images. *If you sign up in the middle of the month, we will not charge you for the next month – you will receive 1.5 months for the price of 1.

4. Finalize

Once you are happy with the final product, we suggest looking at our marketing package through Google Ads to expand your reach to new clients.

Here are some important things to note about the demo site:
1. It is for demo purposes only, so some of the functionality does not work yet.
2. The purpose of the demo site is to give you a basic feel of the colours and the look and feel of what the website will look like.
3. We can only keep the demo site on our servers for 3 days because of high demand.
4. We can still update and swap things around, and change colours and pictures when the real site is built.

Once we have built your Demo site and you are happy with the general look and feel as well as the layout and you wish to proceed, we will request your first payment.
We will email you an invoice with the banking details and some payment options.

When we have received your payment we will move on to finalizing the design of your awesome new website.

If you requested the demo mid-month, you will receive the rest of the month free of charge. You would have then paid for the following month from the date when payment reflects in our account hosting and your next bill will only be sent at the end of the first full month after joining.

Although it’s not part of our regular packages, we can develop almost any web API as per your request. Should you be interested in developing web API’s, please contact us to discuss you requirements and we will be happy to give you an estimate.

 Should your company not have a logo yet, we include a basic logo design for your company as part of the package. If you’re interested in a more complex design, we can negotiate a once off rate for the design.
