Our mission is to make owning a website accessible to all businesses at the most affordable rate possible. You don’t even need to own a computer. We wish to help businesses and individuals with all aspects of the web design process. Not only the design phase but also content management and maintenance of the website once it is up and running.
We at Web Design ZA noticed the huge amount of small businesses all across the world without a website. Upon investigation, the main reason for this is because these business owners don’t have the necessary technological skills or know how to even hire a design company. We wish to assist these businesses.

All our monthly packaged websites contain a 5 free content updates per page per month. If you require further or more complex changes, we charge a very competitive rate.

All our packages that are hosted with us come with one business email. If you require more, this will be at an additional cost.
Domain
All websites come with a free .co.za domain
How Does It Work?
1. Start with our order form
Simply fill out our order form and we will get back to you as soon as possible to guide you through the process of getting your website ready. This will involve us sending you a questionnaire to determine some information about your business as well as some colors and layout options.
2. Demo approval
We will build a demo site based on the information supplied by you for free. At this stage, if you are happy with the layout, the colours, and the font, we move on to the next stage.
3. Payment
Once the first payment is received, we move forward with information that you would like on the website as well as any other changes such as images. *If you sign up in the middle of the month, we will not charge you for the next month – you will receive 1.5 months for the price of 1.
4. Finalize
Once you are happy with the final product, we suggest looking at compananies that specialize in marketing,Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to expand your reach to new clients. We can recomend some quality companies on request.

We will design your website according to your personal preferences and in accordance with your company profile. We do all the heavy lifting, you don’t even need to own a computer. We will work closely with you to get your website exactly right. We will publish to a demo site and only go to a live site on your final approval.
Hosting Included
Included in al our packages are your hosting costs. As long as you are a paid up we will host your site as well as email accounts. We handle the setup as well as the maintenance. We can guarantee a 99% “up time”. Also included is .co.za domain registration and hosting.
Free Maintenance Plan
We offer a free maintenance plan. What does that mean? It means that we will give you 5 content changes per page absolutely free every month. Should you require more complex changes, we offer a very competitive rate for additional changes.

Having a domain specific email account for your business gives your business extra credibility and builds trust with your clients or potential clients.
Mobile Friendly

Why aren't people calling me or messaging me from my website?
When a new website is made, it takes a while for Google to index it (make it known to their database). We can recommend marketing and SEO companies that specialize in Google ad services and SEO to get faster results. We build all our websites with basic SEO in mind however to get the best results these specialized companies would be the best strategy. SEO does not produce results straight away but is a better investment for longer-term ‘publicity’ on the internet. SEO takes time and is not always as straightforward as Google Ads, and it sometimes depends on the business/industry that you are in. One last strategy, and one that doesn’t cost you anything, is for you to market the website through word of mouth and social media.
Are you the cheapest?
From our competitor analysis, we have found us to be the cheapest option in terms of website design. Does this mean that we don’t do a good job? No, of course not. We take immense pride in our work and our mission is to build a business’s online presence with a good-looking website. We do not charge a large fee because we understand the need for a website is high in this world and that it shouldn’t cost you half your business’s cash flow to do it.
Why do I only receive one business email account?
Our hosting service provider allows us one business email address per domain at a storage capacity of 1GB. We do have upgrade options available if you need to expand your storage or if you need more email addresses.
Will my website show up first on Google search results?
The short answer is no, but it can. We call this SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). This strategy takes time and resources to achieve, and there is never a guarantee for your website to appear on the first page of results. We are able to assist with basic to intermediate SEO.
Can I cancel at any time?
There are no contracts and we offer services on a month-to-month basis, meaning you can cancel at any time.
How long does it take to build a website?
Once you have signed off on the demo site, it will take approximately one week to complete the site and publish it. We often build websites faster though…
What happens to my domain name when I cancel?
When you cancel with us, you retain your domain name and we will transfer the domain to your name.
What if I want to add additional pages later?
You can add additional pages to your site at any time, your monthly bill will be adjusted accordingly. meaning you can cancel at any time.
